I have nicknames for all our grandchildren ~ and this is
our little butterfly ~ she fits the name perfectly ~

She wanted a FLIP-FLOP theme for her birthday party.

Name tags were attached to the yummy cake pops.



The centerpiece was extraordinary . . .

 





. . . complete with flip-flops, shells and brown sugar "sand" ~

I forgot to uncover the sandbuckets in the centerpiece
before I took the pictures ~ they were filled with goodies.

 

We were told we could wear flip-flips;
some did and many didn't ~



One granddaughter even wore a skirt with flip-flops on it.

We sang a song before the prayer of thanks for the meal.

 



We were served a scrumptious buffet brunch of biscuits and gravy,

ham, breakfast casserole and fresh fruit.

 

Gift time brought a few new butterflies . . .



. . . and brand new flip-flops!

Our grandchildren bring us so much joy

and it is such a blessing to share in their lives.
